Moche
Works from the Moche culture of the North Coast of Peru, dating approximately 100–800 CE. Renowned for their extraordinary ceramic tradition, the Moche produced some of the most technically accomplished and iconographically rich pottery in the ancient Americas, including stirrup spout vessels, portrait heads, and narrative scene ceramics depicting ritual, warfare, and daily life.
